The Lodge at Hidden Springs Ranch is a perfect gathering place for your next getaway with your family, company, or friends. We can accomodate large groups of all varieties. The lodge can be rented for up to 90 people at regular rates. Due to additional wear and tear to the lodge and grounds groups larger than 90 are charged an additional per person charge.

Rules & Guidelines

All rentals must be a minimum of 3 nights during peak-season and 2 nights during off-peak season. All rentals are full-lodge rentals, half-lodge rentals are no longer allowed. Check-in is after 2:00pm, and check-out is before 11:00am. Early check in and late check out by manager's permission only. All lodge rental rates shown are for 2007 or 2008, reservations made for 2009 are subject to rate changes. Rental Rate includes up to 90 people in Lodge. Additional guests above 90 persons are charged $15 per person, per day. Children 2 and under are free. An accurate count of people in your group will be required prior to check in. Additional members of a group above 90 are allowed to camp or stay in an RV, but are charged the rate of $15 per person, per day. Tents can only be set-up in designated areas on the Ranch. No tents are allowed on the lawn of the Lodge.

Reservation Policy

All reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due to confirm reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days in advance of stay. Reservations made within 30 days will not be allowed without payment in full at time of reservation

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 90 days in advance of your parties scheduled stay at the Lodge to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund of their reservation deposit. Reservations may be changed to other available dates until 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date without penalty. No refund will be given for peak season reservations that are changed to off peak dates within 90 days of the original reservation.
